SIL2004 is a customer information and revenue management system, specially designed for Electricity Company. This system integrates all Customer Administration (Tata Usaha Langganan – TUL) functions: Customer Service, Stand Meter Data Management, Account Creation, Billing, Credit Supervising, and Customer Bookkeeping.

This system, through Application Program Interface (API), can be integrated with other applications or systems such as Geographic Information System (GIS), Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), prepaid system, payment through PRAQTIS, and many more.
