PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta (ITS) and PT Infoglobal AutOptima (IAO) have achieved a confession of  ISO 9001: 2008 at Quality Management System sector. PT ITS obtained ISO 9001: 2007 in December 24th 2008 and then PT IAO succesfully followed it in Februari 5th 2009. 

ISO is one of the Infoglobal short-term target in improving company credibility and accountability, especially in quality management sector, either products or services, in the global business competition. The ISO 9001: 2008 is launched by URS (United Registrar of Systems Ltd.), an international registrar of ISO from England that is a member of Registrar of Standards (Holdings) Ltd. 

International confession in this quality management sector may support the improvement of customer satisfaction level against of Infoglobal products and services, included its after sales services. As an IT solution provider company, Infoglobal needs to keep the systems well implemented according to the customer requirement. It prosecutes the best after sales services that ISO implementation should be able to support them as a quality management standard.
