To tighten familiarity bonding, on 23-25 May 2008, Infoglobal held event named Employee Gathering (e-Gathering) 2008 that was followed by all directors and employees. It was the third same event and took place in Kartika Wijaya Hotel, Batu, East Java.

In that opportunity, a new product from Corporate Secretary in form of bulletin was launched. Bulletin called Infoglobal News is the answer to demand of many employees toward information related to the company. According to Infoglobal’s Corporate Secretary, Bahtiar H Suhesta, bulletin that is planned to publish every four months will be on of information media either for stakeholder or for company’s partners.

The second day program was outbond that even brightened the event that has “Grow Together” as its theme. Special for this occasion, the committee chose Coban Rondo as the outbond location. The outbond was guided by professional EO –Outbond Indonesia- and took a whole day. It was held in order to strengthen team work so that the spirit of grow together may come up. The participants was very enthusiastic in joining the outbond, even the managers and crew didn’t look gauche participating in games together. Familiarity atmosphere was so strong.

The next agenda after outbond was familiarity night. There were electone group to entertain us and all participants are allowed to perform their singing skill. The most interesting part is that this event is full of door prize as souvenir of this full of familiarity event. The main prize was a motorcycle and it was won by Aula Muttaqin, Infoglobal staff from Jakarta. (lia)
