Universal System Technology (UST), an IBM Tivoli partner located in Brunei Darussalam, proposed Infoglobal for a cooperation in implementing Tivoli Service Request Management (TSRM) in Bank Islam Brunei Darussalam (BIBD).

Begun with Maximo public training held by Infoglobal on April 2008 at Mercantille WTC Jakarta, BIBD –a participant that is happened to be UST’s client- was interested in competency of Infoglobal personnel, so that BIBD proposed UST to cooperate with Infoglobal to implement TSRM.

Hence during a month, started since 21 May 2008, Infoglobal participated in TSRM project. “This cooperation gives advantage to add our TSRM implementation for our consultant” said Juniko Batista, an Infoglobal personnel who become implementer for the project.

TSRM implementation added the list of Infoglobal’s cooperation project with foreign company. It means that Infoglobal’s effort to enter ASEAN market is more widely opened. (lia/beh/ras)
