PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta (PT ITS) became the winner of Customer Information System – Customer Receivable Management Information System (CIS-SIP3) tender offers at PT PLN (corp.) Nangroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD) area. PT ITS also won Software Maintenance of SIL2004 at PT PLN (corp.) Lhokseumawe branch, PT PLN (corp.) East Kalimantan (Kaltim) area, PT PLN (corp.) West Kalimantan (Kalbar) area, and PT PLN (corp.) East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) area.

SIL2004 at PLN Lhokseumawe branch has been implemented since July 25th 2008. Similar project has been done at NTT on August 20th 2008 and at East Kalimantan on November 3rd 2008. Implementation of SIL2004 for CIS-SIP3 project at NAD is done one month later -- exactly on December 2nd 2008, together with implementation of SIL2004 at PLN of West Kalimantan.

According to Jefri Sumardiono, Marketing staff of PT ITS, there are some reasons why PLN chooses PT ITS as the tender winner. Beside of having experienced employee which quality can be relied on, SIL2004 which has developed by PT ITS indeed has been tested as CIS software to fulfill PLN need. Since 1996, PLN had used this software and feel its advantage, especially on transaction customer services that has been well implemented till today.

“Hope PT ITS is able to give solution related with PLN needs towards SIL2004 application and can be worked maximally and on time. So it can create good image of Infoglobal. Of course, in the future it can affect PLN trust of PT ITS to give others solutions related with information technology needs,” Jefri Sumardiono said. (lia/mwr/beh)
