SIL2004 Maintenance at PLN NTT 2009-2010

PT. Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta (PT. ITS) has been chosen as the winner to perform the maintenance project of customer information system (CIS) at PT. PLN (Persero) Nusa Tenggara Timur (NTT) for a year since October 2009. The project comprises SIL2004 applications maintenance at PLN Kupang branch and day-to-day system operational supervision at this branch and all its small branches that implements SIL2004.

SIL2004 is a customer information system of PLN that is based on Tata Usaha Langganan (TUL). It is a standard operations and procedures of PLN for their process business in customer services, such as the registration of customer to the system, meter reading, bill calculation and claim, payment point, bill monitoring, and back-office processes. SIL2004 has been implemented at PLN Kupang branch since August 2008.

“This project is a trust giving by PLN, especially PLN Kupang branch, to PT. ITS in performing the information technology implementations, such as customer information system like SIL2004,” Achmad Hadi, director of PT. ITS, said. “SIL2004 implementation in this PLN branch is a part of the same SIL2004 implementations around Indonesia, especially at Nangroe Atjeh Darussalam, Sumatera Barat, and all Kalimantan regions.”
