Infoglobal Employee Gathering 2025

Infoglobal successfully held a three-day employee gathering from May 7-9, 2025, in Bali, as an appreciation for the exceptional individuals behind the company who continuously drive innovation and growth. With the theme “New Spirit, New Culture,” the event underscored Infoglobal’s commitment to fostering a collaborative and future oriented work culture.

This gathering offered a valuable opportunity for employees from various divisions to strengthen team bonds outside the office environment and to engage in meaningful cultural experiences.

On the first day, participants visited Uluwatu Temple to see the Kecak Dance performance. This traditional Balinese dance served as a powerful symbol of harmony and cultural identity— values that align with Infoglobal’s emphasis on unity and collaboration. The performance illustrated how strong culture and teamwork can create lasting impact, even amidst diverse global influences.

The second day featured a relaxed visit to Melasti Beach, providing employees with time to deepen team relationships in Bali’s tranquil landscape. In the evening, the main event— a Gala Dinner— was held, during which CEO Adi Sasongko delivered an inspiring and motivational speech. He encouraged employees to reinforce their shared commitment as the company sets its sights on broader global markets. He also stressed the importance of raising internal standards to meet the needs of partners and suppliers, especially in the general aviation sector.

"Get ready, because we are entering a broader market. We must set higher and stricter standards than ever before, and these will be implemented at our new facility," said Adi Sasongko.

The Gala Dinner, held at Discovery Kartika Hotel Bali, opened with a Balinese dance performance, followed by the CEO’s insightful speech. The event was further enlivened by the distribution of exciting door prizes for employees, enhancing the sense of togetherness and gratitude.
