PT Infoglobal Teknologi Semesta (INFOGLOBAL) has officially established a partnership with SMKN 5 Surabaya, particularly with its Department of Communication Electronics, to strengthen industry-based vocational education. The signing ceremony took place at the Multipurpose Hall of SMKN 5 Surabaya on August 19, 2025, as part of Infoglobal’s commitment to support the development of highly skilled and competitive human resources (HR) in the field of technology.
This collaboration covers Internship Programs (PKL) and the implementation of a production-based curriculum through a Teaching Factory, supported by technology transfer from Infoglobal’s professionals. The initiative is expected to provide SMKN 5 students with real-world experience in designing, developing, and completing electronic products in accordance with industry standards, regulations, and work norms.
Adhi Agung Wijaya, Vice President Corporate of Infoglobal, emphasized that this collaboration aligns with the company’s policy to support Indonesia’s technological independence while fostering a digital talent ecosystem starting from the education level.
“We believe that link-and-match between education and industry is the key to preparing excellent human resources. Through this collaboration, students of SMKN 5 Surabaya can directly experience the industrial atmosphere, so that upon graduation they are ready to compete and ready to work,” said Adhi.
Head of SMKN 5 Surabaya, Drs. Edy Prayoga, M.MTi, welcomed the partnership positively.

The signing of this agreement represents a tangible commitment of collaboration between business, industry, and education (BIE) in strengthening vocational education. Moving forward, Infoglobal and SMKN 5 Surabaya will continue to expand the scope of collaboration to develop future-ready talent with competencies aligned to emerging technological demands.
